Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Spiegler, we specialize in providing customized mirror solutions tailored to individual client requirements. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, all orders are made-to-order, and as such, we do not offer refunds or accept returns unless explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to order confirmation.

Order Process & Quality Assurance

To ensure a smooth and transparent purchase experience, we have established the following steps:

A dedicated sales manager is assigned to assist you throughout the ordering process, from initial consultation to final delivery.

We verify all order specifications over a confirmation call to ensure complete clarity before proceeding with production.

Production only begins after receiving 80 % advance amount and approval from the customer after verification of the quotation

Our team takes every measure to ensure the accuracy and quality of your custom order prior to dispatch.

We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon delivery. In the rare event of any discrepancies or damages, please notify us with an opening video of the product immediately so that we can promptly address the issue.
Any claim without an opening video will be rejected.

Order Cancellation*

You may cancel your order with in 24 hours of order confirmation by informing your assigned sales manager via phone. Once production has started, cancellations will not be accepted.
